According with  Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February, the customer has 14 consecutive days to cancel his or her order or, after its delivery at the chosen address, to make an exchange/return.  

TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:

To make an exchange, please contact our customer support: sales@kitess-clothing.com indicating the order number in the subject.

In the body of the e-mail you must include the following information:

-Order reference

-Model/size of the original product and the product for which you want to exchange

THE SHIPPING OF THE NEW PIECE/SIZE IS FREE OF CHARGE.

TO MAKE A RETURN:

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

1- We don´t accept returns of accessories, only exchanges or we issue a voucher in the value of the accessory.

2- All the articles can only be exchanged/returned if they are returned in their original state, without signs of use, odour and with their original packaging. In the case of swimwear, it must have hygienic protection intact.

3 - We are not responsible for misuse of the articles, as well as inadequate washing of the same - You can check the washing conditions on each article page and in the FAQ

4 - The cost of shipping to our office is at the client's expense.

5 - Once we receive your return and check that it is in perfect condition, we will process your refund by the same method of payment within 15 business days.

6 -For your protection, make sure your return/exchange package is registered and insured - in case it is damaged or lost. KITESS does not assume any responsibility in case of loss or in case the package arrives damaged to our facilities and consequently unfit for any exchange or return.

7- All orders sent to KITESS must be identified with the customer's name and purchase reference. We are not responsible for sending unidentified orders.

8- We don´t do refunds of shipping costs.
