After the payment is successful, the customer receives an email with confirmation of the payment received .At that moment, the processing of your order begins. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. 

Exchanges to Portugal CONTINENTAL are FREE (in case of sales or promotions, exchanges will not be free)

Please send an email to sales@kitess-clothing.com with the reference of your order and indicate the product you want to exchange and also the new product intended for exchange (don't forget to mention the sizes please). Also indicate in the email  the address where you want to receive the exchange, as well as the time window for delivery. Our MRW carrier will deliver your exchange and collect the original item / items at the same time. 

After sending is done, you will receive an e-mail with the sending confirmation and respective registration number. 

We ship to Portugal and Spain via the MRW carrier.

- We are not responsible for the cost of new shipping costs in cases where the customer leaves the wrong address or is not at home to receive the order. In these cases we contact the customer and resend the order to the collection or the customer can pay the new postage by bank transfer 

- We are not responsible for any delay in delivery by the carrier 

- In times of sales and promotions, shipping and delivery times may be extended  in 1-2 business days on shipments
