We accept exchanges and returns . The items have to be in its original packaging and have the original tags attached.You have to notify us within 15 days of arrival of the products to your address. After that we will no longer be able to accept any exchanges or returns. In case you want to return or exchange your product please send us an email: sales@kitess-clothing.com naming your order number on the subject of the email.

Note: we don't accept accessories returns - only exchanges. 

Please send the article/s to our warehouse:

In the email please put the following information:

-order reference

-product and size you want to exchange for/return

Additional Information:

- You must return your items to the address above within 7 days from the day you received your package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- In case of sales or promotions, there may be some delay in the shipping. In this cases, the usual shipping deadline will not apply

-for your protection make sure you have insurance for the items your are returning to our warehouse. KITESS is not responsabilidade for any damage or product loss during the process of the order return to our warehouse.
